Excellent Stay in Quiet Location

quiet street spacious room good water pressure

I found the hotel very clean. Rooms are spacious. The bed had a nice duvet. I also appreciated the air conditioning and good water pressure in the shower.

Breakfast had a decent assortment, but I wished it included more hot options.

The hotel is on a quiet street. It is just off of San Polo square. Main attractions and vaporetto stops are within walking distance. The location is very convinient for exploring.

Staff members are friendly and kind. The check-in process was smooth. Housekeeping was attentive and ensured everything stayed fresh. Staff were very helpful and worked tirelessly.

stale smoke flat pillows

The staff acted professionally. They were helpful. I guess that is what you expect.

The room smelled slightly of stale smoke even though it was supposedly non-smoking. the noise from the street was significant at night and early in the morning. I could hear garbage trucks, which wasn't great. The pillows were quite flat, and I needed to use all of them for any support.

quick check-in friendly staff fresh housekeeping

the check-in was quick. the staff was very friendly (i liked their uniform!). i had a standard double room and it was super clean. housekeeping ensured everything was fresh.

the lift was a bit slow sometimes.
